Kirill Anikin is an assistant lecturer at the Department of Foreign Languages and Communication Technologies at NUST MISIS. He teaches English for Specific Purposes (ESP) to students in technical bachelor’s programmes and linguistics, and also delivers General English courses to technical students at the university.

Heather Belgorodtseva

Heather Belgorodtseva is Director of Studies for Teacher Training at BKC-IH Moscow. She started teaching in 1998, and she has been a teacher, an academic manager and a teacher trainer in both London and Moscow, in private language schools and further education colleges. Currently working full time in teacher development, she has run as many as 100 CELTA or CELTA-analogue courses, works on post-CELTA courses such as the Certificate of Advanced Methodology, and Delta preparation courses, and designs and delivers more specialised courses dealing with topics such as teaching online, teaching pronunciation, and becoming a more effective teacher trainer.

Katerina Panfilova

Katerina Panfilova is a freelance teacher-polyglot, formerly HSE and RANEPA. She is a certified neurointegration and soft skills trainer. Rossikhina Olga Glebovna, PhD in Biology, Associate Professor of the IAKT Department.
Olga Glebovna has been the coordinator of the Academic English Program, the developer of the English module for students of engineering specialties, author of articles on studying the needs of students in English at the university and on the format of project activities, the examiner of the internal exam in the IELTS format. She participated in the collaborative between MISIS a Tumen State University  on development of  interactive competence.

Ekaterina Redkina

Ekaterina Redkina is a psychologist and a qualified English teacher with 17-year experience. She is CELTA and Delta (M1-2) holder and a Fulbright scholar. Currently, she is giving lectures on TESOL and psychology at the Institute of International Education of Moscow Pedagogical State University. Her primary interests are CLIL, ESP, EAP, course design, and psychology for ELT.

Elena Orlova

Elena graduated from Moscow Teacher Training State University in Psychology and English Language Teaching. She worked at Mendeleev and Bauman universities, focusing on ESP and EFL. Passionate about sports, Elena participated in international projects, including the Olympics. Member of European Athletics and IAAF Technical Officials Panels, developing training systems for officials and lecturers in athletics.

Valeriya Korshunova

Valeriya is an education expert with over 10 years of experience. She specializes in innovative language teaching methodologies and gamification at Lobachevsky State University and Higher Schools of Economics. Speaker and participant of many educational conferences.

Evgenia Kiseleva

Evgenia Kiseleva is a Delta qualified teacher and teacher trainer with more than 20 years of experience, a former senior teacher at MSPU and Cambridge assessment methodologist. Currently a freelancer with her main interests in strategic interaction and teaching through drama.

Anastasia Stepanova

With over 17 years of experience in language education, Anastasia focuses on teacher training for English for IT courses and manages projects in English by Yandex.Practicum. She has contributed to developing the “How to Teach Beginners Online” course for educators. Holding CELTA (Pass A) and DELTA (M1, with distinction) certifications, as well as CPE grade A, Anastasia has taught in diverse settings, including Moscow City Teacher Training University and private language schools, while also engaging in private practice with ESP and EFL students.

Ekaterina Malenchenko

A graduate of the University of Houston with a double major in English and Psychology, Ekaterina holds a Master’s degree in Second Language Teaching and Pedagogical Design in Digital Environments from MISIS, where she is also a member of the EMI (English as a Medium of Instruction) team. Currently, Ekaterina teaches at St. Basil the Great Gymnasium in Moscow, combining her cross-cultural perspective with expertise in language pedagogy and digital education.
